All the returns information on their website refers to the outdated sale of goods act 1979. The consumer rights act has been in force for purchases since 1st October 2015. You legally have 30 days to return any item you aren't happy with not 28. There are many other things within this act that I hope may help people fight this awful company.
If an item breaks they promise to get someone to call. 11 days later I've given up on getting a repair. They're getting it back as repair is obviously not possible, and I don't trust them if further problems occur.
