I have contacted them numerous times via email and phone to receive a refund for an item (a block of knives worth £18) which I bought as part of a groupon voucher. This item arrived damaged; a large nasty scratch down the front, and when I reported it, they offered me an insulting reduction of 5%. Yes, a whole 90p off! The packaging it arrived in probably cost more! I decided to return it and when I tried to order a new set, was told it had sold out. I have not yet been given a full refund for this item even though I have spoken to 3 different people in regards to it and each have told me something different. I was told that I HAD been given a refund and to wait a few more days. Another said that they had not even taken the money in the first place. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and keep getting put through to foreign call centres who can barely speak a word of English. They have essentially stolen my money, which now makes sense because their head office is in Liverpool!
