Hugely disappointed in Very. The phone team are useless. I've wasted an hour of my life on the phone to them, to be redirected and cut off several times and probably charged an arm and a leg from my mobile phone company. Even now I still don't have the answer to my question. I've decided to email them instead and have to wait A WHOLE 3 DAYS to get a response! Ridiculous! To see so many bad reviews for VERY on this site shows that the company need to wake up and make some massive changes to their customer service team. Do not use this company. EVER!!!
