HORRIBLE!!!

Ordered a table + 4 chairs on Monday last week, delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. My husband took a day off but the table has not been delivered. After calling Very they advised that the table will be delivered on Friday instead. We received a confirmation email that the delivery has been rescheduled and a customer service agent has confirmed that the item will be delivered 7am - 5pm on Friday. So my husband took another day off and spent the whole day at home waiting for the table. It has not been delivered on Friday either and we have not received any notifications from Very. So we called their customer service again on Friday at 5pm and they advised that the table is OUT OF STOCK. I straight away checked their website and saw that 15 tables have been sold in the last 48 hours.

Very have advised me that the money will leave my account on despatch. I checked my statement and my account has been debited last Wednesday!

I am VERY annoyed as both deliveries last week have been cancelled, my husband has taken 2 days' annual leave for nothing, my account has already been debited and Very advised that the item is out of stock and they do not know when it will be available / delivered, Despite all that, they are still selling these tables now and quite a few people bought them within the last 48 hours!!! How can you be selling something that is out of stock and you have no clue when it will be back in stock?!!!
