BEWARE, This company could effect your credit rating by their own mistakes.
After months of trying to sort a non delivery issue and asking for the account to be closed they still constantly chase us for the postage amount of this item that they have credited us for any way. Remittance can see the issue but cannot correct it, only customer rude services can, this morning I failed my name, date of birth, my address, or my home phone number that they rang me on in there account holder check and still we cannot resolve it. My credit rating has been clean for 10 years until this. NOT HAPPY!
