If you buy an item that defects later (under warranty) beware as Very will insist you deal with the Manufacturer directly. I have returned the faulty DVD player and have spent in total 3 hours on the phone trying to get to the bottom of why my account has not been credited. Answers from their terrible and useless customer services include; I don't know as it should have been done, technical errors, blah blah and at 10p per minute it's cost me £18.00 in phone calls. I will never shop with Very again! Be warned especially if you plan to buy a large expensive electrical item!!
