I purchased a bed and headboard from very. I was advised of the delivery dates for both items and arranged time off for both.
First item delivery did not go ahead. There was no communication and very we're not able to say why! item delivered the next day!,. I wrote a complaining email but I am still awaiting a reply. The bed itself was due delivery on the 14th February but when looking at there website noted the date had been changed to the 21st. Still no communication. Phoned very, no apology , no reason given for change. I again made a written complaint by email, still awaiting a reply. I have since cancelled the bed and arranged return of headboard. Funnily I have since received a satisfaction survey e mail from very!!!!! I completed the complaint section and still no reply. I am one VERY disappointed customer!!!
