Poor Customer Service & Very Bad Quality Products

I ordered 3 door wardrobe on sale for £207 from Very.co.uk. When assembling parts were damaged and doors wont close as the base was very weak and does not support the weight of the body and the doors. And the body of the wardrobe are made of very poor quality recycled wood . After complaining they sent a engineer who came at the wrong time as we have parking restriction. He came in to my house and quickly took few pictures and did not take note of anything I said. When I called Very after waiting for a week as the engineer said they will come back to me, they put all the blame on me and did not refund me anything instead spoke to me very harshly and threatened me they will charge me further for the engineer coming to my house. After speaking to then many times they did not listen to any of my complains and now I have a wardrobe which has damaged parts and doors does not close.

I honestly request everybody not to buy anything from them as they have cheated many people I know of.
