POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ORDERED ITEMS THAT WERE APPARENTLY ADVERTISED A THE INCORRECT PRICE WAS TOLD I COULD HAVE ONLY ONE ITEM AT THAT PRICE, THEN GOT MY WHOLE ORDER CANCELLED . I WAS NOT CALLED OR EMAILED ABOUT THIS I ONLY FOUND OUR WHEN I LOGGOED ONTO MY ACCOUNT AS THE ITEMS HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED BY THE DATE SPECIFIED.
I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ASAP CALL CENTER STAFF READING FROM A SCRIPT AHVE NO IDEA ABOUT ACTUALLY HELPING CUSTOMERS I HAVE WRITTED TO COMPLAIN TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENT AND AWAIT THEIR PATHETIC I NO DOUBT EXCUSES.
