I was ordering 2 items which costed more than £500.
I recently just brought a house and my move-in date is 28 November. I understand the delivery date for my item is 14/11/2013.
I just like to delay the delivery date. But, none of the customer service able to help me. They just ask me to cancel the order, if I not happy with the order.
First time, I heard customer service ask the customer to cancel the orders. I ordered from Agros, they are flexible with date and they customer service is listen to the buyer.
No wonder the reviews for very.co.uk is very bad in www.reviewcentre.com.
I will never recommend very.co.uk to any friend and will warn them them like purchase item from very.co.uk because their customer services is very bad.

They just seem to be a bunch of incompitant twits. No wonder so much goes wrong with orders if they can't simply change the dispatch date. I only wished I had read some of this stuff before I ordered. Would have saved me so much grief.
