Please do not order anything from this company, they are unprofessional and unhelpful.
It started with me trying to order some matching bedroom furniture, which they wouldn't accept payment for saying that the card address didn't match the billing address (tried with 4 different cards, from 2 banks). After numerous (expensive) calls with both banks who confirmed there was nothing wrong with my card and the payment has been released. I even received a release code from one of the banks. Very's customer service wouldn't accept anything, just kept repeating that the card address did not match.
After a few weeks I stupidly enough tried ordering again, this time successfully. When receiving the first item (chest of drawers), I assembled it and realized there were 30 screws missing. Called customer service who promised they would send them out. After a week of waiting we still didn’t have the screws. Called the customer service once again who now said they had no record of the original call, but would try to help us. We were put through to 4 different people and ended up with the picking department, who said that due to it being a new supplier they would not be able to send us the missing screws.
They gave us an option saying we could either order another chest of drawers and take the screws out and return the rest, but we would have to pay for it again and get a refund which could take up to 28 days. Or we could return the already assembled item, but we would have to take it apart again. They also said that they were basically doing us a favor by accepting a return for an already assembled item, even though it was not fit for purpose due to it missing so many screws. The last option was for them to give us a refund of 20% (£30) and we could go out and buy the missing screws ourselves. Due to us liking the furniture we decided to go for the last option, we still have not been able to find 10 of the screws a month later and now have a chest of drawers with 3 holes instead of drawers.
On top of all of this the wardrobe which we also ordered the same day, was delayed by a whole month. The order was placed on the 12th of January and we have only received it today. I am expecting more parts to be missing this time as well.
Please for your own sake, do not order from them. It is more hassle than it’s worth. Pay a bit more money to a company who actually send you what you order.
