“very unacceptable!”

Received the incorrect product and they will not change it to the correct one. Only offering a full refund and for me to make the order again?

Took 5 weeks for delivery, up to 28 days for a refund and the call back to arrange a collection the next day. Still waiting over 48hours later?

I doubt I will be making that mistake again. If you are looking to buy anything avoid this company like the plague!

My prediction Very will be in administration by the end of 2013. Watch this space!

thankyou for the warning. Was about to buy a 600 laptop from this company. Every where i search, shows complaint after complaint.
lizze and dave - your responses even lack any compassion and the automated response of directing everything to an email address sounds like you do not give hoot anyway.

We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way about our responses - we can assure you that we do want to resolve any issues that are raised via this website and ask that customer email us at our Network@VeryHQ.co.uk address so that we can access their account securely.
We would never ask a customer to post their account details in a public forum and would never respond with detailed account information in such a manner. We can provide general advice - such as information about Returns - but would always ask that the customer emails in so that we can check the account in question first to ensure we are giving the correct advice.
