Read the reviews stupidly AFTER I ordered a dress for my daughter to be delivered to her Uni address.

Had to order over phone, website would not allow me to complete checkout.

Man on customer services fantastic and easy to understand, very helpful.

Ordered Thurs for delivery Fri. When trying to track parcel either couldn't log in, or website experiencing technical problems. Parcel showed nothing later than loaded onto van at 8 in the morning on day of delivery. It never updated, so I thought it hadn't been delivered. It still shows as undelivered, but my daughter informs me that it was delivered next day as promised but she had been away and not been able to pick it up from Uni post room. it should have been marked as delivered by the driver.

All in all, good delivery and customer service but if anyone from the company bothers to read these, SORT YOUR IT DEPARTMENT OUT, THE WEBSITE IS UNRELIABLE!
