Failed delivery twice!!! After reading these reviews, I wish I had known. Why don't VERY REPS who are reading these reviews reply on these pages instead of saying email us at the networkhq???

Hi there,
We always ask anyone who leaves a review to email us at Network@VeryHQ.co.uk as all delivery queries are different and account specific and we need to access these accounts
As we deal with all of our queries through social media sites, we ask the customer to email us off the email address that is stored on their account to ensure that we are speaking directly to the account holder. This is a measure to ensure the security of our customers accounts.
We do apologies that you have experienced delivery problems and you know where we are if you would like us to look into it for you.
