i ordered a ipod touch 4gen on 21/11/2012 and paid for next day delivery and i am still waiting i have rung up and emailed customer services and all they can say is it may take up 16 days and my item was despatched to royal mail and they will deliver my item it isnt acceptable as i paid for the service that i should get !!!! has anyone else had problems like this and what happend ?
