I purchased a bed on buy now next year,paid off in full before the end of the period, they then tried to take monthly payments (late charges and interest) once the period ended, after months of trying to sort this out (daily phone calls) they corrected my account and I had a credit balance owed to me. I left it there for a year as I had another buy no pay later purchases and didn't want to risk that messing up. Once I paid that off, i then asked for the to refund my credit, they refunded the amount then the following month I have a bill for the amount they refunded! I give up with this company, I phoned and was told I owed them nothing and would be started and if any issues I would get a phone call - no phone call assumed all clear new statement late charge and amount still saying needs paying/ I give up with this company. Do not use!
