do not have anything to do with this catalogue they change payment dates to try and thro you then they charge you 12 pound late fees not on dont touch them with a barge poll its very badly run company no respect for customers just trying to bleed them dry and in this financial climate thats best avoided the whole country should avoid these shniders and let them go under you have been warned

Hi marriposa4,

You get a statement every 4 weeks, which will lists your orders, payments and returns during that 4 week statement period, and it will tell you what your next minimum payment will be, and, if applicable, the optional Take 3 Payment. You must make at least the minimum payment by the date shown, which is currently 20 days after the date of the statement.

We do request a payment every 28 days which is why your payment date changes. As your items are placed on 80 week terms then we request payment every 4 weeks rather than every month.

This is all outlined in your terms and conditions when you signed up for an account.

Yup. knowingly sold me a USED/REFURBISHED and FAULTY Motorola Atrix that had a dozen faults with it! Ignored 40 correspondences. Contacted evey Ombusman you can imagine who then lied, and did nothing.

So I stopped paying them. Now I get threatening emails stating I had been ignoring THEM?!?!

Phone was also damaged and I had and have confirmation email from Motorola that it was sold via AT&T in America and I am in the UK?!

i intend to pay them off as soon as possible and never again will i buy anything from this load of sharks 2 12 pound late fees ive been charged now ive written 2 letters of complaint and never received any knowlege they were both 1st class recorded delivery so my heart and soul is into pay off theise wanted 59pounds for my monthly payment last month not on ive only got a balance of 250 pounds who are they trying to kid YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED VERY VERY VERY SLIPPERY DO NOT TOUCH

Well I have laid it all out online for people to see along with a number of other organisations up to no good...

In fact stating a number of others is an understatement...

I have a number of statements to put up yet about the £72 in late fees on the Camera from sister company Littlewoods but all else is there as are statements already.
