Don't send any money to these people, they will rip you off. I ordered Hugo Boss aftershave, it seemed a reasonably good price. They tried lots of dodges and tricks to avoid shipping the goods until well after the payment was cleared. After much pressure the goods arrived, clearly counterfeit, wrong packaging, terrible smell etc. I put the transaction into dispute with the card provider and followed a process which ended in a full refund and a request from Trade Services to destroy the... Making an on line purchase via Trade services was without a doubt the worse experience of on-line purchasing I have ever encountered. The perfume I ordered and paid for simply never arrived. After tracking it I learnt that it never left England [for Australia] and after countless emails back to trade services [Aria Davies...who was so incredibly disinterested & unhelpful]; also to Australia post and to Royal Mail I finally conceded defeat and had to just count my losses...money & time down... Hi. Firstly this company is based in Bulgaria and as everyone knows, they are as bent as anything out there! Secondly you need to contact the Trading Standards Office and report this company. Also contact Watchdog too. Thirdlt contact your credit card company and report this and they should investigate on your behalf and hopefully refund your money. I feel your pain as I am doing all this after being taken for a ride to the tune of £72.15.

Hi Timbo50 and thank you for your comment. Interesting that the company uses Royal Mail for their postage/tracking as this certainly threw me off the scent. I can't find a relevant site for watchdog as per your suggestion via google however will follow through with a trading standards complaint. I have spoken with my bank who will now lodge a dispute enquiry with trade services. I suspect if they went out of business they would just change their business name and start again....hopefully our and others comments will stop people from giving them business. Hello, The trade services business certainly have their responses all set don't they. Funny as they told me it was because I hadn't taken insurance that they couldn't help me...for you, they just cut you off just the same. Such class...they are beyond belief. I just hope that our comments stop others from making the same mistake. On a brighter note after reading Timbo50's comment to me I did contact my bank and after only 5 days have a response from them that they have contacted the company and that I have been fully refunded. [Huge thanks Timbo50!!!!] It is not yet showing on my bank statement but I am hopeful and very grateful for the banks assistance. I hope that this is the end of a bad experience for me. Likewise...I hope your banks can do the same for you Stelvana and for you Timbo50.... don't give up.

I ordered some perfume over a month ago. I thought that I was getting a great deal, as it was cheaper than I could find anywhere else. However, I am still waiting. I have since looked at reviews of other people who have ordered perfume from Trade Services...they also said that they had to wait a lot longer than 18 business days to recieve their order and that when it arrived it was a fake. Aww shame :( Unless you return the goods and say you are dissatisfied; eg timescale, it took too long? but dont open the cellophane over fragrance boxes if ur returning. U could try that n see how it goes,, however the risk is you will end up also paying the cost of return and then they do not refund you for the goods nor the postage... dilemma! I just kept mine coz I cdnt be bothered with the hassle, Iv came across dodgy websites before. Only other thing is if uv paid by credit card? contact ur credit card company and ask their advice... if u can be bothered, it's all hassle, that's how these companies get ppls money, sucks :(.. I have had the same experience, I ordered Coco Chanel on 18 April and it still hasn't arrived. I've had an email to say it takes 18 days to ship and have emailed them again this morning. I've just had a failure notice and when I tried to phone them, the number is now unobtainable. They need reporting to Watchdog or something.

I have had a nightmare with this company which is long winded. The long and short is the perfume they eventually sent is a totally cheap FAKE which I have had verified. I ordered Channel perfume . This did not Arrive. I was told 18 days for shipping. The perfume did arrive however they did not seem genuine. Very good copies even when you google fake perfume and compare boxes and bottle it still could pass the test. The colour is more brown in tone and when sprayed lasts not long. I feel your pain.
Now what you should do is to contact your credit card company and they can initiate recovery of the money you paid to Trade Services.
Secondly contact the Office of Fair Trading, the Trading Standards Office both here and in Bulgaria (which is where this company operates from) and also contact Watchdog.
Trust me it will make you feel a little better. Hopefully you will get your money back. Regards!

I ordered on web thinking it was a good price,only to find that I was charged more than quoted due to Euros. I was not made aware of a foreign currency deal and when asked was told all covered in Terms and conditions -by [name removed] of the customer service..... I even got a receipt to say what the figure was and on the bank statement it is not with the foreign currency charges as well! What's more, the perfume I wanted (citizen queeen by Juliet has a gun) was no more available in London, the only city where it was available so far(in the UK). The price for Hermes Aftershave looked like value for money compared to other retailers, slightly cheaper but not fake prices that's for sure! Said it would take 5 days, it took over a month! I was actually surprised it turned up, but when it did, it was not what i expected! A case of "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is" and it was! I ordered hard to find perfume on 1 Nov for Christmas gift. Received confirmation email and then one stating that the goods had been dispatched on 9 Nov. Allowing the 18 working days (as I had chosen economy delivery) the goods should have arrived by 5 Dec. No perfume. Emailed the company who advised checking with the nearest Royal Mail delivery depot as it had definitely been dispatched. No parcel awaiting collection at the Royal Mail Depot. I have also had the same problem and have called them 3 times and emailed them 3 times all to no avail. I am now going to contact my bank and speak to their fraud department. Trade Services say I cannot have a refund for goods that have not arrived because I did not pay for insurance!!! I asked for proof that these goods were dispatched and they said they would forward proof of posting which needless to say has not been sent. Will never use them again.

They did not respond to my last email on the 28th business day which was six weeks in total after transaction completed. I used a prepaid card to pay. The card issuer sorted things out and I got my money back in end of Dec 2012 after reporting Trade Services with link to a review forum and a copy of the email chain. Nice try!
Don't know what to do when the good finally arrives. If only they really sent if off. Will keep it as evidence unless they have the gut to reveal their (return) address. Wouldn't be surprised if police couldn't find anybody called (name removed) or other fake names used by this company. If only this company really does exist. Get the wisdom: don't get involved with their nasty business. Done!

They sent me goods that took 18 days to arrive, poorly packaged and leaking, would never ever use an overseas company again based on this experience - always check online for reviews first. Also disagree with the review on here claiming goods were received within 2 days and the purchaser was happy, this does not concur with other online reviews I have seen where the goods always take longer than 18 days and they appear to be counterfeit. yes me too, ordered and paid for goods of £24.56 as per receipt. Took more money from my account! Counterfeit goods as per makers not recognising this item as genuine. Threats of credit agencies if cancelled order. Rude receptionist. Charge threat of 30% of cost of order if cancelled. No address offered despite persistent reqests. Check Hotukdeals for other irate customers who have been ripped off. Item sent to me fake. Invoice not legitimate. In process of dealing with chargeback from bank, fraud notified and customs abroad. fake company. They have the nerve to ask me what my problem is. My problem is they sent me fake goods and took my money and more than they should have.

I purchased 2 Gucci Rush perfumes for my wife and daughter for Christmas they arrived on Dec 15th when my wife opened hers to check if it was OK lo and behold it was fake. We took both perfumes to Debenhams to confirm if they were in fact fake and it was confirmed by the staff that it was indeed fake. Yes I have had my reviews removed also but after sending proof that they are bad who are after scamming innocent folk they have been reinstated. The reply which you can see above from (name removed) is a load of hog wash. I have replied by email as per his request and guess what no response. No doubt they will try and have these reviews removed. If you are reading this before they have it removed please be very sure of who you are dealing with as this company really does need to be shut down. Where are the authorities who can implement the closing down of these folk.

Trust Pilot will remove your review when this criminal makes a complaint. Remember this, Trust Pilot is a business offering services to companies, for some considerable sums of money.
This thread opened my eyes to what we are dealing with in Trust Pilot.
Please gents, don't forget to send your story to BBC Watchdog. I have done so and mentioned how Trust Pilot is accepting clearly positive reviews from this dork, yet deleting the reviews of victims.
Trade Services need exposing as does the policies of Trust Pilot. I have offered my investigation skills and time for free to do exactly this.

my reviews too have been removed it seems. Why is this? I have had the experience of being scammed by this company and they have taken out money from my account more than the invoice. Proctor and gamble can verify the item purchased from Trade services is fake so why is this company allowed to have reviews removed. My argument is genuine. This company is FAKE as are their items. WHY WILL NOBODY LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!

same happened to me. Many e mails I sent asking for address for return and all i keep getting is request to complete affidavit. They couldn't even spell this right. I have been sent e mails asking me to refrein from calling the item fake but the manufacturers don't recognise it as genuine. "Refrain" is incorrectly spelt. They threatened me with credit agencies if I pursued a chargeback and would charge me 30% of cost if I cancelled. Goods not genuine lacoste touch of pink. Finally address given to me as 6 Slington House, Rankine Road, Basingstoke RG24 8PH. However checks made do not show Trade Services. Just going round and round in circles not getting money back into my account of which they took more than they showed on the invoice which is also fake. Bank says not enough done to return the item but how can anyone return items where there is no address and only recently were given the address above. Reluctant to return item as I won't have any proof that the goods are fake. (Names removed), all names used by Trade Services but they are based in Bulgaria. Unfortunately they used British Post so may get this checked out.

First of all you need to get the idea of treating Trade Services as a company, right out of your head. You need to accept that you are being given the runaround and whatever you do, do not send anything back to that address.
Report this to the Police at ActionFraud, get your crime reference number and get your chargeback. Don't take any nonsense from your bank.
It is a pity that many of these comments were removed initially as this advice may have arrived too late.

I have reported this to the police, action fraud, trading standards and my bank are not helping, they keep asking the same questions and for me to send the same paperwork. How many times do I need to tell the bank the same info. I have a crime ref and trading standards ref. I have also contacted newspaper who are taking it on as they reported it in 2011, trading standards still operating. I too won't let this drop. I will continue with the bank and if necessary go to banking ombudsman. They keep asking me to return the goods and they will continue with chargeback. Once gone I've got no proof.

This is standard. The "If you are a genuine customer" part is his/her standard response. My bet is that you never received an invoice or order number. Please see this and it would be great if you could take the action I(AngryAndy) recommend.
You are wasting your time opening any dialogue with this individual. Go get your cash back!

I also have had a very bad experience with this company and will definitely be reporting them to the European Consumer Centre. Thanks for letting me know the organisation that I should report to - had no idea where to go to stop this company trading. Well done you for posting this.

I have had some perfume arrive today and yes it's not real !!!!! I have the genuine perfume so have made the comparison. The smell wore off after about an hour where the genuine perfume is still on and can smell it. I am filling out a complaint form as we speak and has asked for a refund. I doubt whether they will respond but we will see !,,, follow the old phrase - if it looks to good to be true then it probably is. Lesson learnt !!!!

My girlfriend ordered me some Chanel Platinum and I can report the following: a) No confirmation email or follow up email was ever received. b) A parcel was received some weeks later and no invoice was contained therein. c) The packaging looked real but the cellophane did not seem as per a genuine product. d) The bottle looked good except that the lid was not as tight a fit as a genuine product. e) The embossing on the bottom of the bottle was not the same as an original, although this... FAKE FAKE FAKE, here is an ameil i have sent to their customer services who have refused tp answet 40+ emails i have sent them so far;
I repeat, please supply your returns address, I do not want your goods, If you fail to respond with a returns address then you are in breach of the distance selling regulations act 2000, and in breach of your contract by your own terms and conditions, a copy of which I have saved and will also be submitting as evidence to Visa that you are trying to defraud me of money.
I will raise this as evidence that you are a fraudulent company with my bank when actioning my chargeback with them.
I have reported you to customs and excise, the police, the trading standards office, and I will be warning everyone I can that you are a scam website operating illegally. Please respond to this email with a returns address. I will be submitting my entire email chain as evidence to all concerned agencies, including Visa to reclaim my money.
I look forward to hearing from you

Hi I would be happy to give details of my order and their deception to help you to escalate matters. Possibly we could enlist the help of the press in this matter as I understand from another post that a national newspaper was following this company's activities at some point. I hope more people get involved - I am sick of being scammed by people who have no conscience and are taking money on false pretences from hard working, tax paying people.

If you follow this link to HUKD, you will find hundreds of postings about them, following the thread you will see how many people got refunded.
We pursued the cases with the relevant authorities and the website was taken down.But credit cards and banks know them now and will refund you.
