“Perfume mis selling”

I ordered on web thinking it was a good price,only to find that I was charged more than quoted due to Euros. I was not made aware of a foreign currency deal and when asked was told all covered in Terms and conditions -by [name removed] of the customer service..... I even got a receipt to say what the figure was and on the bank statement it is not with the foreign currency charges as well!
Not a very good customer service at all! waiting for the perfume to arrive and hope to return if other reviews has anything to go by!
