“PERFUME”

this company is TERRIBLE. they have the worst customer services EVER. they took too lots of payments for one ORDER, made me incure bank CHARGES. finally refunded after several email but never refunded bank charges and they 2 lots of perfume i order are yet to be DELIVERED. i have been in contact and they were unable to offer HELP. one of there advisor said i talk too MUCH, i tried to explain i have been charged £16 for being over drawn because they took out too lots of payment and i only made provision for the ONE. she was extremely RUDE. in my opinon this company should be shut down and not allowed to trade
