My first order was for a pair of Cazal sunglasses. They were too large when received and needed to be exchanged. I contacted "Von", my sales person and explained my request . He was patient, courteous and well informed on this process. Von explained the way frames are measured for proper fit and together we found a replacement pair. Hub's exchange policy is fair and prompt. No pressure to buy was ever felt. My option for refund was always open.
Return calls were made as promised.
I will purchase my next pair from Von at HUB.
