Purchased watch, arrive faulted, told I did not know how to use it. Eventually agreed to take it back and send a replacement. The said watch did not arrive until I produced International Signed for. Replacement watch sent - SAME ONE AS I HAD FIRST RETURNED!!!!!! Promised refund after threats of reporting them to customs & excise. Again said watch had not arrived - again proved that they had signed for it. Offered me a brand new watch and original box rather than refund, then told me watch was scratched and that they would not replace or refund.
I have now reported this to Visa Credit Card, China and UK Customs & Excise informing them they are fiddling tax payments. This has now gone on for 3 months, but I am expecting repayment through Visa Credit.
THEY ARE NOT UK BASED, THEY SELL POOR QUALITY ITEMS THAT DO NOT WORK AND THEY LIE TO YOU - PLEASE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
