“Avoid, Avoid Avoid!!”

I purchased a watch for my husbands birthday in march. When it arrived the bezel was broken so sent it back costing £8 in postage. No response from company. Post office this end confirmed it was signed for and delivered back to china. And 9 months on still no refund so im £84 out of pocket!! How do these people live with themselves.
