My returns to another company were sent to the wrong destination and the courier was not interested in investigating where my parcel was.
I rang QVC as the courier told me that is where the missing package was delivered. I am not even a QVC customer but the members of staff I talked to were very sympathetic and helpful and assured me they would look for my parcel and ring me with an update. Fantastic service when I am not even a customer. The parcel has not been found yet but I am so impressed by QVC staff. Thank You for trying to help me.
