I ordered a TV on saturday 5 July. On Monday 7 july I rang to cancel the order as the TV wasn't suitable for my daughters requirements. I was told I would have to wait until it was delivered! I advised my daughter not to accept the delivery, but someone signed for it on her behalf so we were stuck with it. On delivery of the TV on 14 july, I rang qvc and asked them to come and collect it. I was told that collection would be between 7 and 10 working days. Despite more phone calls I'm still waiting!!!!!!!!. I've phoned yet again today, 29 july and have been told that someone should contact me in the next few days...I'm not holding out much hope. Perhaps they're hoping I give up and keep the TV!!!!!!!!!!!
