I also received a letter saying they had closed my account because to many returns, they should not mislead people when you receive items they are either tiny not as described to expensive or the clothes are awful.
I have spent lots of money with them but that was not mentioned, also I am the one paying the outrageous p&p charges not them. Very disgusted, I only returned things I did not think we're worth it, they should be done for false advertising.
