“DO NOT RETURN GOODS”

Like other reviewer I was contacted and told that they have a 50% returns policy and that I had exceeded this. This does not correspond to claims on web site or on TV channel!!! Very misleading. Was previously happy (even despite high postage charges) but now have zero confidence. Will not be ordering through them again in a hurry!!

I dont understand why QVC would have such a policy when they say that when people send things back to QVC, QVC return the goods to the supplier and QVC get their money back from them and that this is infact why many suppliers wont supply QVC - because they dont have the confidence in their products to be able to stand up to the 30 day money back guarantee. If all this were true then it would not matter to QVC however much people sent back as they would never lose out themselves. They must make a packet on the P&P anyway since it is so high. Perhaps it is all just a QVC lie then?
