Had a phone call from QVC's Customers Services a few months ago asking for feedback as to why I returned so many goods back to them! I was told I returned 65% of products ordered. 'So, what?' I thought.
I thought this was very insulting considering it's me who pays for P&P both for the product to arrive and for the products' return. Odd. Won't be ordering from them again now. They can't assume that I'm going to keep everything I order.
