Placed order 151276 , paid via PayPal and American express, on 03/07/15. Still not received item. Sent an email enquiring about my order no response.

In reflection there appears no other way to contact this company other than through their phony support ticket system. Which doesn't get answered.

After reading similar reviews here it appears I am not the only one! I will now be cancelling my payment with PayPal and also reporting to AMEX to cancel.

Avoid this company.
