They took payment for a watch they did not have in stock and could not deliver. I had to phone to find out why no delivery and cancelled the order. After six weeks they still have not refunded the money, so we have had to recover the money from the credit card company.
They still advertise the watch as 'available to order' which is tantamount to seeking payment on false pretences.
