I ordered my husband a watch as a wedding present in April.
The watch was due to arrive within 5-7 days but after this time the customer service team advised that "due to the holidays the watch would be late".
The team assured me that the watch would arrive in time for our wedding (May 10th) but said the watch had not yet reached them just two days before our wedding.
I have lost track of how many times I have chased Nigel O'Hara for a confirmed delivery date. After our honeymoon I chased again, and again and again... Nigel O'Hara promised delivery by the end of the week, then eth beginning of next and yet another month has passed. Today, June 23rd 2014, I am still without a watch for my hubby and the order was placed more than 8 weeks ago.
Unimpressed and totally fed up with chasing them. I will never use the service again.

Seems to be. Common tricks of theirs. They are known to trading standards
