I'll keep it short and simple, if you value using a company with any morals and customer service do not go to Nigel O'Hara. There prices may look inviting with the 24hr offers, this is why I made an order. 9 weeks on I have been told numerous times that the watch is 'In Transit' or It will be with you by the end of the week" week after the week the same lies
I have twice requested a refund if I did not recieve the item within the week and both times promised I would. They have been very reluctant to process a refund until my final e-mail threatening legal action if they did not return my money.... I am now awaiting a fufund which they tell me could take upto 28 working days!!!!!!!!
Just pay the extra money and save the agro
