Ordered a Bering watch, which came with a free 'gift' of some diamond earrings, plus a free 'sizing service' on the bracelet. Carefully measured my wrist circumference (18 cm) and paid for first class delivery. The good news? Turned up next day which, considering I didn't order until 14:30, was impressive. The bad news? The bracelet had one link taken out, leaving it at 24cm, so way too big. Cost me another £12.50 to have it properly sized at local Jewller. Also, no 'free gift', just a note saying 'out of stock, to follow'. But have not heard anything else. Was a bit miffed about the resizing and let them know, they have sent a £5.00 voucher but this is a bit pointless, as I don't need another watch and don't otherwise need any jewellery. So quick service but lack of detail / concentration lets them down
