I ordered an item which I had price matched online. The item was showing in stock so I ordered it. I never received the item in time for Christmas, I called Christmas Eve and was told by a female that the item had not been despatched, that she could not explain why, but said that I would be compensated for the delay. Baring in mind now, I didn't have a gift to give at Christmas.
2 weeks later, emails back and forth, the item was never going to be shipped as the supplier had withdrawn this item. They actioned the refund upon request but failed to tell me they had done this. As of 14th Jan, still no item, no refund, and no compensation! Telephone call made and offered just the refund, until I pointed out that I had actually already been told I was going to receive something for all of the inconvenience. It remains to be seen whether or not I will receive anything....... appalling customer service.
