I ordered some pans for my son's birthday and on completing the order saw a note about lead times. I was worried that the pans might not arrive in time so I called. I was given very clear information that most of the order was ready but one item was due in and there was a possibility it might be delivered on time but I was not misled into that being guaranteed.
I think Millys store must have chased this up because the order arrived earlier than expected - complete - and Millys had been trying to call me to let me know that it was on its way.
I think this was fantastic service and fantastic prices too.
Millys noted my comment that on my items there was no indication of any lead time on the product page as was later mentioned on completing the order.
I have every faith that they will make this clearer as their service has been so good.
