Bought a Knife block set from a Groupon deal on 22/03/13, free delivery. It was middle of April before I decided to email them and ask 'Where is my item?'. Far enough they emailed promptly back and stated that they do not deliver to Northern Ireland, which I swiftly pointed out that they should have stated this on the Groupon deal besides, Northern Ireland is still part of the United Kingdom, don't see why its such a big deal. I ordered 20 10ltr food containers on thursday last week. I recieved an e-mail from DPD saying that Mahahome would like the product being delivered on monday the 13th as per their shipping instructions. I waited at home on the 13th, rejecting work (self employed), but nothing turned up. I checked the DPD tracking via phone and there was currently no record of the consignment number (consignment is processed after product is recieved and dispatched i believe). “Still Waiting...”

Ordered a box of candles on 26th March. Never arrived. Rang Maha on 2nd Apr, they had no idea where it was and to wait a bit longer. Rang again, on 5th, they said it had been delivered on the 19th Mar. So now I'm still waiting for someone to tell me who signed for the parcel that I have apparently received. Takes forever to get through on the phone - keep getting fobbed off with a waiting to connect message. Useless all round. (read more)

I bought a number of plastic boxes and there was a small problem which Mahahome sorted rapidly, efficiently and professionally. I use ebay a lot and have had problems with suppliers who are NOT in ebay. Luckily mahahome are reliable and trustworthy, and I will trade with them again. (read more)

Ordered via Groupon. Prompt delivery. Well packaged. One problem; it doesn't work on induction hobs. This was not stated on the site at the time of purchase. It was described as "stainless steel", but it is not a good grade as if it was stainless steel it would work on induction hobs. They should specify this. I ordered a Bodem Mixer through Groupon on 5.12.12 and it was on a 8-10 working day delivery. On 18.12.12 this had stioll not arrived. I managed to get the delivery tracking details and had to ring the courier only to be told that my parcel had been lost. Contacted Mahahome asking for a refund as this was a christmas present but they said they had another delivery coming in 4.1.13 and so they would send another one on a next dey delivery. Placed an order for items that were in stock (according to the site) a little over two weeks before Christmas. On working day 10 of their 5-8 working day delivery time frame they informed me that my order had unfortunately turned out to be missing from stock. Placed an order with this company via a Groupon voucher, which I had paid £39.95 for I entered the voucher number at checkout which should have entitled me to my goods for £5.00 postage. Instead they charged me £105.00 the full purchase price, contacted their customer services for a refund via email within 5 minutes of purchase and no response. Still had no response at time of writing this review, they have my money under false pretences. Avoid at all costs!! (read more)

We bought a range of offers from maha and saved a decent bit. I think our best buy was probably the set of 3 pyrex bowls which came with a measuring jug, which was 30% off, which is pretty good as the regular prices are cheaper than when shopping on the high street. (read more)

I ordered a sabichi dinner set for £22.99 last saturday morning and received it today - very pleased with it a it's lovely, only given 4 stars as i found a similar one for a few pounds cheaper on their site, but didn't have time cancel and reorder - my own fault really! They have an excellent range of dinnerware which are really nice to show off to guests. It's an absolute pain in our house to get decent dinner sets as i'm forever breaking and chipping everything i own, so it's not really worth it to spend loads of money - lucky for me that mahahome.com have some really good prices on their dinnerware! Hi, I have just done the same with a set of saucepans with Groupon/Mahahome but the item description stated they would work on induction hobs! Heard nothing from either company and am now stuck with 5 completly useless saucepans!!

So frustrating! You've probably emailed Mahahome customer services already as I did. I did not get a reply, but received an envelope by post containing a returns label with writing on the envelope stating "not suitable for induction". So, I have proof of posting my return and so far it's a waiting game. What a hassle. I would've been quicker popping out to the shops!
