The service overall was good in terms of delivery but the quality of the products is not good. The kettle is so plastic and you can almost feel it melting when you heat the water. Also the kettle wire is rusting! I used it for a couple of weeks and now I bought a new one from Tesco. The toaster had a similar quality. I know I did not pay much for them but for what I paid I could have got something much much better from Tesco.

Very impressed with the service I received when I ordered my new shopping trolley. I ordered it to collect from the shop and was kept updated by email until it arrived. When I went to collect it I was impressed that I was asked for ID - I felt that my order was secure. And the best part my trolley was nearly half the price I would have paid elsewhere.

Ordered a couple of two compartment lunch boxes. Customer services was extremely helpful with organising the collection for me at the Edgeware Road store. Slight problem with the order once I had it home but a quick call and the problem was solved and I was left feeling a very valued customer. I ordered 6x17cl Luminarc Home Equip champagne flutes at £1.33 each, however when they arrived all 6 have been individually priced at £1 each. Although this is a small price difference, I feel it is the principal and the price on the glasses should reflect the price I paid. Moreover the real reason I am disappointed with the glasses is that they are filthy, with a large amount of dust and cobwebs in and around all glasses, with one containing a small spider. It is very unfortunately that this is the case as I had been looking around for these glasses for sometime before choosing to order off of this website, mainly because of the many 5*reviews. Tried emailing the company however I've not heard anything back now for two weeks, won't be shopping here again
