March last year, we ordered a minky soft closing toilet seat,the mechanism on the seat failed on Saturday. So for £44 the seat has lasted less than 11 months. The previous minky seat lasted for at least 5 years possibly longer, unable to make contact with the company via email, the only option was a live online chat. The result-- no apology, but if you order and pay for a new seat , you can return the original ,
No mention of a credit , but the comment was "we will have a look at it.
I have heard previously re couldn't care a less attitude re customer service , but thought no more of it until today.
So my advise now from our personal experience is
DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY,, their after sales customer service is a disgrace, the chairman should be ashamed,because it is quite obvious if he has no idea re public dissatisfaction , he should step down on the grounds of gross incompetence
