Purchased a jumper for my mother for delivery two days later didn't arrive so sent e- mails and phone calls first email said a reply in 6hours second e- mail said 16 hours . Follow up phone call they said I couldn't cancel and have a refund until they have made enquiries as the tracking said it was on the van and they didn't know why it wasn't delivered this would take 24/48 hours. I had an email over the weekend to say they would be checking what happened and would be up to three days.
I have had a phone call today about not accepting the parcel if I no longer wanted it when delivered so I explained all over again as to actually where is the parcel and when would it arrive the person I spoke to then had to put me on old as he could not answer my question!!
I was then told if they could find out anymore after three days they will refund back to my card which I agreed to as he said if it did arrive adI declined it would take up to 14 days for a refund.
This was the first time I had ordered from littlewoods I liked what I saw online and was impressed by the quick service!!!! Lol
