I ordered a booster seat from little woods in May I received an item which was not what I ordered, I returned it at a cost (I had to write to the company to retrieve the postage) a staff member reassured me that they would resend the CORRECT item this time but it would take over 6 weeks.after waiting 6 weeks I was giving the same item I received the first time!!! This was eventually collected by courier after many phone calls, now after mannnyy phone calls and emails and months later I have no money refunded. Don't touch this company I'm still trying to get my money back and it looks like I will have to go to the small claims court to get it back!
