Where do I start?? Up until now I must admit Ive had no problems but the minute there is a mistake their end they just don't want to know. Placed an order which I did not receive, spoke to Littlewoods who advised me that they have a "Specialist Team" who will look into it. Also contacted Yodel, the delivery company, on numerous occasions to be given numerous of stories on the whereabouts of my parcel. Relayed these to Littlewoods so called customer service only to be told a "Specialist Team" will investigate. £33 later on in phonecalls and 6 weeks later and STILL, £234 remains on my account for the items I did not receive. Have resorted to sending numerous emails only to be sent automated email response back of promises of manager callbacks which do not materialise. Also requests for my account to be closed has been completely ignored. Was promised it would be removed after 72 hours over 4 weeks ago!! STAY AWAY FROM LITTLEWOODS, PEOPLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND "SPECIALIST TEAM" EVER!!!!!!!!! P.S Dont bother responding, Littlewoods, to this review, it will just be another brush off.
