If ever an organisation and their so called customer service(they call it customer excellence) should be avoided it's Littlewoods, with their overinflated prices, appalling track record of delivery mess ups, total inability answer or resolve customer complaints in timely fashion, and generally employ people who are substandard to the point of complete and utter ineptitude(consider the ridiculous scripted excuses used.
This must rank among the dregs of customer care in the UK.
They are rude, for some reason the operators you have to suffer are extremely uppity, they exude an expression of laughable egotistical madness, they treat people appallingly.
Don't try and resolve an issue, you've got no chance, if they offer a goodwill gesture just be aware that it's only adding onto your balance on your account which you will end up paying them back anyway.
The daylight robbery which is the 0844 number which invariably doesn't work and you are on hold for centuries should be legally stopped.
All in all if you unfortunately have an account with Littlewoods, vote with your cash and give it to someone else.
