Have had a very account for a few years so when i needed a new computer decided to open a littlewoods account! BIG MISTAKE! First of all they wanted an up front payment of £44.00 i thought ok i'm new to them so sent it. The computer (£569) was sent out to me. After i unpacked it i realised it was the wrong item, worth £300! Littlewoods didnt even stock it! They would not send me another one until they recieved the item back, was told it could take 14days for the money to be refunded and i'd then have to re order. Had to phone them to get my own money back which then took a further 10days. Tried to order other things and now after 3 days still says processing. I will be phoning to cancel the account. Why give someone a credit limit to then put stops on purchases? Waste of time, money & effort! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
