I ordered a Samsung TV and a John Lewis own brand bookcase from John Lewis 16 days ago with an expected delivery of 5 days. They have shown as dispatched in my account for 2 weeks now. I have now called them 4 times and emailed 3. I keep being told someone will call me back but nobody ever does. 3 days ago I did get an email from them telling me the order had now been
