I have repeatedly had incorrect charges added to my account,customer services depts never answer your query, just sent a stream of automated emails saying they will respond in 6 hours, then 5 days, but they never respond, just go round this loop time and time again.
I have now advised isme that if they do not rectify the situation and credit my account with incorrect charges and interest taken I will send my complaint to the financial ombudsman .
If you are experiencing the same issues I would urge you to do the same .
When customers owe isme they expect payment and if not received charge missed payment fees, but when isme owe customers they will avoid all complaints , never answer and leave you out of pocket.
This company does not deserve your money, they are terrible!
