Bought some blinds and they doubled the order. I paid for the original set and told them to collect the other set. It took them four months by which time they were continually phoning me and sending arrears letters. After 1hr on the phone everything was sorted out and I told them to close the account. Guess what? Last week the arrears department phoned me whilst I was in the middle of organising my mothers funeral when I told them I was not available due to personal circumstances they told me to hurry up, and today I have received another letter. This company is a pain in the neck they are like a dog with a bone. I have now been on the phone to them for another 25mins and just kept being told by the advisor I owe them money but what for he does not know.
