I ordered some clothes and opted for them to be delivered to my nearest CollectPlus shop and to be alerted by text message. When i had not heard anything for a couple of days i went to the shop - the goods were there, but i did not have a barcode or correct code. i had to go home ring one number to get a code, then ring another number to get another code, drive back to the shop and the man released the parcel.
I like the clothes - but a lot of hassle to get them.
