Bought two phones from them one not working the other cosmetic damage waiting for a refund but they have not got a phone number which is very convenient for them .I have had email contact about a refund but don't hold out much hope.My son is still waiting for a phone which he paid nearly £400 for so between us it's £680 not good.As Everyone states the same they should be investigated

exactly the same happened to me, with thus company I ordered two phones , one working the other wasn't the colour we ordered , contacted by email and they just keep saying they not responsible as they only sold voucher
