The system of purchase is designed to make it virtually impossible to interpret. To redeem the item you've ordered and paid for they don't contact their supplier; there is a system which they don't explain of you having to claim vouchers which have to be sent to the supplier yourself.
They eventually did it for me so why don't they do it in the first place.
It took six weeks for this to happen then the supplier said they couldn't deliver the hedge clippers for another month so I cancelled. Now they won't refund my £61.
