Very poor and archaic House of Fraser Customer Services.
The latest order of bedding sheets I received 1 wrong item out of 3 that I ordered online which was for a birthday present. I asked if replacement could be sent urgently. But the answer was to send item back so they can scan it back in and then they would send correct item. Which it would be too late for the intended birthday present date.
Previous order I ordered I ordered 800 thread count bedding and received 500 thread count. I complained to customer services and later informed me that there website was in error……
The customer service has a procedure they can’t seem to move from, even though it is not customer friendly and helpful in anyway when they were in error
There policy need to be looked at and changed to be more obliging when they make the mistakes. I deal with customers and when my company is in error they go all out to be obliging and helpful to the customer. House of Fraser clearly doesn’t have this policy.
